Dr. Alain Kornhauser of Princeton gives his frank assessment of the traffic situation in the Winchester/Stevens Creek area. He points out that the challenge is that we are building upon a legacy infrastructure. Still, in this overview of his presentation, he suggests the answer lies in an evolutionary path that reuses the exists infrastructure by “sharing the road and sharing a ride.”
