Start Requiring Buildings to Accommodate Future Technologies

Mass transit doesn’t work well in the sprawl that is Silicon Valley. What is needed is personalized transit that allows sharing of the ride and sharing the road, while providing the same level of service. Southern Illinois University Assistant Professor of Architecture Shannon Sanders says it is time for new building designs to accommodate new technologies that will help facilitate better transit options.
