This was the first formal meeting in a while due to the two larger events we put on earlier in 2018 (the ADU Panel and Teacher Housing and More). Two big takeaways for me:
1) Duncan Donuts is not going to build on Winchester because 24/7 operation wasn’t granted.
2) The operation of e-Scooters aren’t covered by homeowners or auto insurance or the rental companies. A rider is a good idea for those who rent these vehicles.
