VTA representatives spoke to the Winchester Neighborhood Action Coalition on April 20th and this proved to be excellent timing, as VTA is just starting the process for engaging the community regarding their Next Network. VTA is also studying the I-280 corridor and the Winchester/I-280 interchange, so this is a good time to think about capping I-280 and reuniting the South and North sides of the freeway.
