Founded by Real Estate Broker, Katalina Klein, this Southern California company customizes these units, which range 160 square feet to 900 square feet with pricing from $46k to approximately $100k (not including utility connections and foundation work). The most important innovation may be their partnership with LightStream to provide financing for these units.
